I phoned up Hearts ticket office to purchase it as i had to tell them my new address also. Normally i get tickets like the next day but i havent got mine yet and its now nearly two weeks ago. Should i have had mine by now? Any thoughts appreciated. Bit worried as some guy told me that if its lost in the post then tough s**t apparently.
