Mole and Makela are a waste of space in my opinion and when fit I would imagine that Obua will play behind the lone striker who will be Tullberg with Nade pushing him for the role. Jambof3tornado Posted September 17, 2008 Share Posted September 17, 2008 Ruben did well in the 45 minutes that he played in the reserve game yesterday so maybe thats a hint that he wasnt being pushed too hard so he could be in with a shout come saturday. Glen should be in the team before Makela or Mole IMO,because he offers more in the box than anyone else we have(based on a few reserve games). Which players are you reffering to? He's not had much option with Mole and he's persevering with Larry because the talent is obviously there. I would honestly keep Karipidis in the midfield - even on the back of his poor performance at Falkirk - rather than reinstate Thomson at RB. Jonsson showed us on Saturday that he is our best option at RB, and Palazuelos just is not suited to Scottish football. I see your reasoning entirely, but I think putting Thomson back at RB would be a bad idea. Unfortunately, he is just not SPL standard. I'd even stick Mrowiec in for Karipidis in fact? The way we've set up the last few weeks we have been lacking natural width especially now Driver is out and Miko didn't put a great shift in on saturday. Kingston drifts inside but this may suit his style more. He illustrated so at a fans forum using tumblers and a table cloth. Aparently the tumbler is dynamite in training and only a matter of time before he starts banging in the goals.
