Do you think they understand the point of being a profit driven organisation

 

As unequitable as it is banks have a duty to their shareholders and its completely normal that they want profit

I think the point is that if these people make huge losses they also get a huge bonus.

 

If they get employed by another company - come in, **** it up, then leave - they also get a huge bonus.

 

Pretty pointless programme though. I knew more than that entire programme 'revealed' over 2 years ago'...

Correct. CH4 documentaries are poorly researched with an agenda usually.
