lou
Have always thought the people who claimed he was lazy were a bit OTT, he more often than not runs himself into the ground and is not afriad to put a tackle in, ala Saurday and the Semi final at Hampden
Guest JamboRobbo
It will likely be something to do with the fact that he doesnt just walk into the team no matter what these days. ie he has to actually try and earn a spot in the team on merit - like he does for the national team Nah, nothing to do with that mate. It was all us racist fans that were putting him off by being all racist........
srm12
Great goal and great energy when he came on. But as has been said he will continue to be an frustrating player for us. He can run with the ball well and is capable of a magical goal but his concentration and distribution can be absolutely woeful. His effort is not in doubt and he has all the right attributes but he needs to concentrate on ball retention and final delivery. On Saturday he was used how he should be used IMO, coming on as an impact player when the game is stretched. If he keeps up that level of performance and learns to look after the ball a bit better then we have a real player on our hands. At the moment though he still has a way to go. Jambo83
Top class goal from the wee man. The tackle that followed was the best i've seen from a Hearts player since "The Tackle" against Gretna. He's been putting in a shift for the last year, anyone who doesn't see that needs their eyes tested. He might not always play great, but effort is never lacking. Thunderstruck
From Sect W it was like looking down the barrel of a gun when he let rip with that shot. What an absolute peach of a goal and the resulting celebration (on and off the park) was brilliant. It is moments like these that make going to Tynecastle a real pleasure. Keep it up wee man.
