Results are King Frail said nothing of the sort. He bigged up players that clearly were not performing and constantly defended others who did not deserve it. Frail never told it how it was. I thought that was a press release by Frail for a minute there. Glad to see he is gone for good. Should have jumped ship long before he was forced out and he might have saved some of his dignity. Hopefully the lazy players who do have ability will be shocked into improving their game. And hopefully the lazy players who do not have ability will see their loans cancelled. Jammy T Posted July 28, 2008 Share Posted July 28, 2008 Its a slightly strange message on the back of the "together" strapline - even though it might be true Hopefully Csaba's man management is good enough so that the players who are not lazy know he isnt referring to them and it isnt demotivational The message fits in nicely to Vlad's new low basic reward driven pay structure, and it sets Vlad up us the "victim" of being overly kind and generous, so i dont see how he would have an issue with anything said. I was thinking more along the lines of; There's no aggression They're too nice There's no leaders etc etc Frail had several months to make those comments. CL's just in the door.
