Was just thinking that myself, when are they going to be properly punished? I know we have our idiots who will throw things but the sheer amount of items in the Derby was a joke. They will properly hurt someone one of these days. Twats

And there’s still roasters on here that don’t want their allocation slashed.

Did Hibs actually release anything official about their behaviour at the derby?

Total pricks.

**** the Hibs.

And in the board room.

Seriously, someone is going to get badly hurt if steps are not taken against them, and they can’t say they weren’t warned.

The Scottish Cup advert scrolling round the Lochend advertising boards must sting as well : “1874 - 150 years of outstanding memories “ 😅

Yes, they welcomed the efforts and have promised six world class corkscrews getting shipped up from Bournemout in time for next season.

Should be easier to find culprit this  time - less than 11,000 home fans at the game all well spaced out.

Bit of a money spinner then if every one of them lobs one onto the pitch.  No wonder they don’t want to condemn it.

The flumps on dot.net are claiming it was never a red card and it's all a conspiracy.

Don’t worry it will be met with the usual silence from the Hubs board.

IIRC the only way to punish it properly would have been via strict liability as fines or partial/complete stadium closures could be forced.

Clubs voted against it, so feral hobos chucking everything they can find at players seems to be where we've landed

They won't be the loudest if a hibs player gets hit, that will be their ugly glasgow cousins, but watch the hypocrisy of silence from their board when the hibs fans throw to, God forbid, something serious happens to one of their players. Anybody taking bottle openers to a game or rummaging in their pockets for coins, lighters, vapes or airbuds to throw need their heads checked, no matter who they support.

Hibs net is a hoot…. Rangers fans are animals and want to cut the amount of tickets they get, also saying hibs fans should invade the pitch to get the game stopped as it’s corrupt. Hibs players should have walked off

End of the day it’s another game hibs fans throw stuff on the park

Captain Lithuania

Hibs fans have been getting away with incremental increases in disorder ever since they won the cup. In fact, can anybody tell me a single derby goal they’ve scored since they won the cup where their fans haven’t entered the pitch? It’s honestly shocking and I’m so disappointed in the board for not instantly slashing their allocation to the bare minimum for the next derby at our place, with them getting an extra section or two in the future if they can behave themselves. Our board aren’t interested though.

Yeah,I rate him thought he covered alot of ground for them today, but that's a shocker, you have to wonder what is he thinking, trying that in an area of the pitch that is so far away from his goal.

Crazy.

Both feet off the ground. That’s a lunge. Serious damage if he makes contact.

How can they think that this isn’t a red card?

Crazy in an area of the pitch ,that genuinely rangers can't hurt them, really stupid.

How hibs fans can argue this,is genuinely amusing.

Thought he had a good game until that.

When you consider his teammate has just been shown a second yellow, they are down to 10 men, it's like a sudden rush of blood to the head, stand back guys let me show you how it's really done.

Shame because for having a good game,he will now only be seen as that tackle, but he can't complain and it's self inflicted.

A two footed tackle like that has always been a sending off offence. On first viewing I thought it was harsh but by the second replay I realised he'd dived in with both feet and that a red card was the correct decision.

Bull's-eye

Anyone blamed the Hearts board yet for Hibs supporters acting like Hibs supporters ?

Personally i see absolutely nothing wrong with Hibs supporters chucking stuff at their own players or the Rangers players.

If anyone needs a slap on the wrist im pretty sure ive read that Easter Road has better CCTV than Porn hub these days so the culprits will no doubt be given another season ticket for next season as punishment.

Kind of watched the game and laugh at the hypocrisy of hibs fans.

Going mental at rangers fans abusing Boyle after his injury. (Pretty low)

But belted out last season.

"Craig Gordon he won't be playing football anymore..."

Or

"Wallace Mercer is deid..."etc

They are massive hypocrites.

Call out the old firm fans at their ground but say nothing about their rancid behaviour at the derby.

I appreciate hearts have eejits to but the virtue signalling and lack of self awareness in Leith is baffling.

People with that opinion aren't 'roasters'. They just don't want the Edinburgh Derby to descend into the farce the OF has become.

Stricter and proper policing can fix this. Cutting allocations or banning away fans is the easy option but ultimately it leads to a worse matchday experience.

An Edinburgh Derby at Tynie with no Hibbies or an Edinburgh Derby at Easter Road with no Jambos is not the solution here.
