Loads of threads started on him when he plays poorly. Considering the fact he hasn’t played much I thought he was excellent today. Stepped up to the plate, calm, mostly composed and his pace was very useful.

Exactly why I was perplexed so many wanted rid in January. Today is exactly why we need him in the squad. It’s a squad game after all.

Love the boy.

Not enough uptake on his song.  Confidence player - of all our players, Toby's one we'd do well to not round on the second he has a shaky moment.

Strolled it and that was difficult to do with the lack of football he has had. Well played Toby

I like him but I think he needs to use his size more and add a bit aggression to his game. Also think he is also lacking a bit confidence but it must be hard when some fans are on your back all the time for the slightest mistake when other players dont get the same abuse for the same things.

Hopefully he uses this run of games when he is likely to play to prove he can do a job when asked.

Yep. Definitely an arm round the shoulder player.

The frothers will just need to bottle it up when he plays.

It’s pretty clear he has been working on his heading… big improvement today.
Technically very gifted and handled the Celtic press easily.  We are fortunate to have him.

Hope he’s been in the gym with Rowles, who seems to have toughened up considerably.

Thought he was our weakest player but still did enough to get pass marks.

Nah, Cochrane or Grant were our weakest players today (still 6/10’s). Sibbick was nowhere near that.

Pass marks 😂 Deary me. He barely broke sweat and the one time Idah tried to run him he put him on his arse and got a goal kick out of it

For the most part the entire defence and keeper showed good concentration and solidity throughout. All of them deserve credit as any clean sheet against that mob is well earned.

He was much much better than Cochrane who was dreadful.  Always is against Celtic at home.

Said the exact same during the game. Shows good attitude too, has had to be patient. Top performance and handled Idah well and that didn't look an easy feat.

Nobody was dreadful today…you don’t beat Celtic with ‘dreadful’ performances in your team. He had a few slack moments, no doubt (as most players do), but ‘dreadful’ is a big over exaggeration.

Got a great cheer from the fans when he matched the run of the big Celtic forward and ushered it out for a goal kick while knocking him on his arse

Played his full part in a fairly comfortable win against a team who scored 7 lsst time out.

Like the Hoff he is coming good at the right end of the season. Especially with Kent out.

There’s a player in there, it’s all confidence related in my opinion. He’s at his best when he’s backed.

Sibbick dealt with Idah brilliantly today. Not sure anyone else would have offered the same pace and physicality that we needed today.

Toby played very well today. Well done son. Performances like this are what he needs if he's going to force a starting slot.

Well done today, Toby

Had his wits about him, great awareness and very conscious of the amount of time to act; calm one-on-ones

Great shift, keep it going 👍

Done really well today, and deserves all the credits. Had that Tattie or whatever he is called right in his spud bag.
