Gorgie_Rules
Egypt v Ghana tonight could be a decent game. Egypt could be in trouble if they lose after the draw with Mozambique and Cape Verde apparently being not too bad. I believe 4 of the 6 third place finishers progress but it could make their knock out path a lot more difficult

weegie jambo
I love the AFCON for the sheer exuberance and athleticism of the players. Just watching the BBC highlights rather than full matches. It's a great spectacle and the fans are immense!

I used to quite enjoy watching it years ago, had potential to unearth a couple of real gem players, but the defending and goalkeeping (most of the time) left alot to be desired. Glad to see things haven't changed.

HMFC01
Equatorial Guinea pumping Ivory Coast 3-0. Nigeria 1-0. They had a goal ruled offside which I'm not clear on. Malinga the Swinga
Gambia v Cameroon is classic. Goals all over the place at end of match and Gambian equaliser rightly chopped off after Gambian guy punched it in. Guy could almost have headed it but decided to go with hand. Player had cheek to argue against decision and shake his head when effort ruled out. Still 3-2 for Cameroon.
