Most clubs make it with Ginger beer, lemonade, lime cordial and angostura bitters. Some places substitute the lemonade with soda water. I let them. The original recipe mixes Ginger beer and ginger ale with the lime and bitters. All combinations are like having an angel piss on your tonsils.
