I find 8-10 pints of lager quite refreshing.

On topic though I was once exceptionally thirsty about bought a can of Schweppes fizzy orange. It was fantastic.

Ice cold apple juice at the hotel breakfast buffet when you've had a few too many the night before.

I've been really enjoying an ice cold ginger beer or rose lemonade lately.

Although I feel like an Edwardian schoolboy admitting this.

Love a sparkling water.

My wife used to work for Buxton Water, she got free cases as a staff perqu', they did a lemon and an orange sparkling water, it was really great on a hot day.

I found one on Amazon on offer no long ago. The name of the brand escapes me but they did a blood orange one and the other I tried was cucumber and mint.

Really nice stuff and beats reaching for a can of something sugary or full of additives (in my opinion of course no judgements being made).

I havent, yet, but I sure will try it in the warmer weather.

You would love them. Maybe £1 and the size of a large Starbucks takeaway coffee. Incredibly refreshing.

A shandy on a really hot day takes a bit of beating.

Ooft. Love a shandy in the beergarden on a hot day. Condensation running down the glass. Beermat sticking to the bottom of it. Bliss.

Freezing cold milk or freezing cider with the condensation running down the outside of the glass on a roasting day.

Again, ooft.

I left a few bottles outside of the back door overnight to rehydrate after yesterday's fizzy piss lager. Perfect temperature this morning.

Before I go a run I pour myself a glass of coke(full fat) by the time I come back sweating and needing a drink it’s went a bit flat! It’s the drink of gods knocking it back.

even better in the summer months.

When I remembered I'd get a bottle of irn bru on the way home from a night on the skite, undo the lid and leave it in the fridge. Chilled, but slightly flat...

Can’t beat chilled flat juice when you’re gasping for a drink
