pettigrewsstylist
European football groups is only real football revenue on offer to grow. Its going to get more difficult to qualify in future, if my limited understanding is correct.

We could earn more there probably . Hopefully improve enough to qualify for groups through playoffs in future
Disco Dave
Not sure all of that is factually correct…… He states at the end that the foundation have contributed £8m but it’s actually £16.6m.

Just a guy reading out some numbers from our accounts, very little analysis. As you rightly say, Commenting on things like infrastructure investments to improve future profits would be analysis. Also peddles the nonsense that we’d have lost money without the benefactors. Once again we spent it because it was promised. The amount raised as at the last accounting date (end June 2023) and would be used by the author was £15.5m The club hasn't had all of that amount available for its day to day running expenses. The first £1m went to pay off "football creditors" and Ann Budge's professional fees associated with the takeover in 2014. £2.4m went to Ann Budge to pay off her initial loan to take the club out of administration. Another £100k went to buy the Bidco shares. I assume that the £3m towards the capital spend on the new stand and stadium development is also excluded. FOH has its own expenses. At the date of the last accounts the running total was around £0.5m, so the club didn't receive that amount either. That's a total of £7.1m used for specific purposes, leaving £8.4m going to the club for day to day working capital, which isn't far removed from the claimed numbers. Yes it will because the league will lose that guaranteed group stage place and it will be down to teams qualifying via the traditional route, which scottish teams can never handle. Not guaranteed as Scottish teams will be fighting for it next Season It'll be best if Czechs over take us this Season and OF both get EL points; if not, yes, doesn't look good - Edited March 6 by Ricardo Quaresma
