Should we go for a top three, since I suspect there's a clear favourite for the top spot? Some possible contenders: Shankland - 28 goals last season and one already this season. Boyce - Clocked up 60 goals in his last three full seasons of top-league football (15/16, 16/17 and 21/22). Back from injury and notched an assist at the weekend. Tagawa - A new arrival that impressed in a brief appearance at the weekend. Oda - Has now adapted to Scottish football and scored in his last two games. Lowry - Impressed at the weekend. Forrest - Joint-third top scorer last season (alongside Humphrys) with five goals across all competitions. Mackay - Four goals last season but all very aesthetically pleasing to watch. Vargas - Expected to be announced soon. Kingsley - Second top scorer the season before last, with six goals. Hopefully back to his best this season. Halliday - He's been one goal away from the top three scorers for the last two seasons.
