Must be a decent deal by Hibs standards however it sounds nasty and tacky so it'll suit them down to the ground.

the flumps on .net will somehow try to explain how this is a great deal for them and how their commercial department continues to show this forward thinking attitude...I don't know the going rate for a SPL shirt sponsorship deal, but bevvy.com as a company have total assets under £100k and appear to be run / majority owned by a less than 100% clean character (director at dozens of set ups, various now dissolved and remaining active roles now showing huge delays on publication of accounts / confirmation statements etc), I'd have to agree - suits Lochend down to the ground.

Adding record breaking deal in order to pacify them.

Not a ****ing chance.

They don't mention what record it breaks. Could be the smallest ever sponsorship 🤣

What is bevvy.com? I don't want to google it and give them any web traffic.

Its an app which can scan a whisky bottle and tell you more information about it and the distillery, and more importantly price it for you.

He looks exactly like the kind of person who would take tasting notes. Bet he's got an extensive collection of tan brogues...

Fair enough. It's a bit niche. Can't see that being a huge money maker even with Whisky being a massive industry.

They are adamant it's a Software company and NOT an alcohol company. To appease those annoyed by it.

Rated at 4.1 stars on google play, 54 reviews. I'm sure a concerted effort could knock that down a bit....

Will appeal to those boring ******* craft beer drinking middle class wannabes in their early 30s, whose favourite band is Mumford and Sons and who look exactly like the CEO of the company (see above). The kinds who like to go out with the boys when the Six Nations is on, all wearing blazers with jeans and brown shoes talking about the mortgage rates on their new build grey houses with astro turf in the back garden and a Kia Sportage on the driveway. Their wives all have inflatable hot tubs and wee dugs and do boomerangs and cocktail trees on Instagram.

I have no idea what cocktail trees and boomerangs are but i do like a craft beer, although i don't think I've ever had a conversation about them! 😂 😂

P. S. Blazers and jeans = style.....

“Bevvy have really bought into what we’re trying to do here at Hibs."

Would that be getting pissed as often as possible? I must admit when Hearts took Wonga as a shirt sponsor I was totally embarrassed, but this evens it up.
