The place is full of "pilgrims", and I mean heaving, they are expecting at least 200,000 of them in the city for the Pope coming. When they make up a law as stupid as that, I think it's your personal responsibility as a citizen to stand up for free speech and break it. You'll see people giving it big licks about freedom of speech but when that freedom of speech goes against what they believe you get told to shut up or you'll get arrested. Good times.
