I had to put my tickets on Exchange for the Killie game as could not make it, was fairly straight forward,. I think they are having a glitch with the system at present as others have managed to put tickets on and they've been sold. The option is not available to me to purchase at all now, but been available all week with no joy. Maybe call the ticket office.
