To be fair a lot of voters just dont pay enough attention. But from Boris to Trust they paid enough attention to the utter chaos they were responsible for. That is in itself is an indicator that most voters could very well have had enough of the Tories for a long time, if so they the Tory party could find it hard getting popular again.

Hard to argue with that except your last sentence. Excluding the extremes on either side a huge amount in the middle can be pretty fickle. A lot of lifelong labour voters voted Tory in the last election. To me it shows people will forget anything in politics.

Seems the polls are showing that is not the case.

To more pressing matters, how long before this slippery snake is ousted AGAIN.

She is one of their own right enough.

Suki has player a blinder with reinstating this cold blooded reptile.

Genuinely got to wonder if Sunak and Braverman had had "discussions" while she was Home Secretary.
Given the shitshow Truss was operating the roof was bound to cave in sooner rather than later. The timing for Braverman's sacking/resignation would have suited both as would Braverman's endorsement puncturing Boris's Bawbag Balloon, the Sunak coronation,  and re-appointment of Braverman.

Don't get me started on the DUP. :D  The Turkeys who not only voted for Christmas but were instrumental in helping getting it over the line. Not an ounce of foresight or smarts in any of them.

You could have resigned without first breaking the official secrets act of course.

We used to say things like this is just batshit crazy during Trump's time in the US - but since Johnson's arrival and subsequent changes it's a weekly occurrence here.

Sunak hugely lacks common sense and is going to crash and burn just as bad as the rest. These people don’t understand that rules apply.
Add in his not so insignificant role in the ABN RBS wipe out of the banking sector he’s as much a little dog end as the rest of that lot.

A while back people that worked at his traders company said he was pretty insignificant.

There seems to be a theme running through this Junta of Jokers.

Blabbermooth Braverman was recently taking credit for her ‘significant contribution’ to a legal document when she was working in the legal profession. Turns out, the real legal eagles that did all the work have now pointed out that Blabbermooth’s  ‘contribution’ was to help with the photocopying.

Didn't they have to change their rules on who could be AG on the basis that she wasn't actually qualified enough?

Interesting 2 years ahead.

Can Labour capitalise on the disarray for long enough to get a landslide or do folk start to look under the nice cosy rug Starmer has laid over the rotting floorboards ?

Can Anglo Saxon white working class/middle England accept so many non white faces running the country ?

Can the Lib Dems finally get some electable leadership and talent at the top end and grab the Tory vote from people who will simply not vote Labour.

Will Scotland still have a dog in the race by the time of the next election or do the traditional Scottish Labour voters return and scupper Independence for a generation by marginalising the SNP, already drinking in the last chance saloon with all hopes pinned on the decision of an English court

In fairness they seem more comfortable with those non-white faces being in charge than nationalists north of the border who keep painting them as racist, nonce *****. Ironically at the same time missing the point that there are very few brown faces in the Scottish parliament.

But to answer your question - yes, because by and large down here no one gives a shit what colour you are. Seems to be a nationalist obsession north of the border🤷‍♂️

5/6 ethnic minority MSPs isn’t it? It’s not exactly awash with non-white faces.

All hail the Tax Dodgers

I've forgotten who said " The trouble with the Tory Party these days is there are to many Spivs and not enough Toffs", or such like, quite some time ago.

Nothing changes with this morally bankrupt mob.

Cop27 just just more interesting.

Rishi isn't going.

Rishi banned The King from going.

Rishi demoted the current Chair of Cop, and his deputy and removed them from the UK delegation

Boris says he's going on his own.
