I'm not too sure, haven't read anything on that. You can see from this how impossible it is for colour blind people to differentiate certain colours. My girlfriend has this a bit. She doesn't struggle so much with solid colours, but if there's writing on a green or read background, she can't distinguish the writing at all, like on fire exit signs for example, all she sees is a blank green sign.
