4th

Indeed.  I thought a win made 2nd.

How the **** have finished 4th?  3 wins plus 2 bonus point losses.  Ffs.

Win with a bonus point might have done it.

Quite happy that Harris is in with that tackle.

He was immense, put in some huge tackles. I love Jones for his attacking play, but I couldn't see him putting in the big tackles that Harris did in the game.

Fagerson was colossal.

Great team performance but I prefer Hastings to Russell as he gets over the gain line more and is more dynamic.

18 tries.  4th.

It was the tighest ever Championship. Case can be made for all the teams winning the Championship (maybe not England).

Had Scotland won by 8 points they would have finished 2nd (on points difference and denying France a losing bonus point)

Cherry looks like a player.  1st choice for me.

Better around the pitch but throwing can be iffy!

So still more than one penalty away then?
That kind of makes it not so bad...

Russell is way too interested in his own hype

So Hogg was tried at fly half vs Italy in Russell's absence.  To be quite honest,  why not try him at scrum half?  Price is a bit limited.

Brilliant performance with the usual brain farts, dint know if I missed them saying it but it must be pretty rare for Scotland to win in London and Paris in the same season.
Good to back a team that gives 100%, plays good stuff and wins.
It’s been a fantastic 6 nations in general.

A bit slow a recycling the ball.

Turners line outs are better.

Cherry's excellent in the maul and a good ball carrier.

Good to have three decent hookers, not forgetting Frazer Brown is usually 1st choice.

He’s a great player but a bit of a village idiot, you can see he would be difficult to manage.

The biggest brain fart tonight was made by the French fullback, all he had to do was put the ball into touch.

Scotland deserved that because they never gave up, the forwards as a collective were superb. They took the French on up front and matched them and even bettered them at times.

If there is not at least four Scotsman in the Lions squad then Gatland should get the bullet.

Hamish Watson was man of the tournament for me. He doesnt know how to take a backward step.

McInally as well, so 4 decent hookers. Good to know that all 4 of them can be relied upon.

Right enough, forgot about McInally. Good depth.

Him and Price do my head in! I prefer George Horne at scrum half.

I’m I being harsh on Price by saying his passing is a problem?

Nail on head in the game ... Price far too slow. Would start Steele ahead of him

Terrible throwing cost us the game against Ireland and it wasn't Cherry.

Loved that game tonight. Just brilliant.
nice to see some passion and guts for a change lol

well done all

I said to my better half before the game that I don't care too much if we lose but just that we turn up. Too often in the past we've failed to turn up in big games. Not tonight though. A magnificent performance by all the team. There but for a dodgy sending off went the championship.

Mental so it is. What a tournament though

I express a lot of negative opinions about modern rugby. But I have to say that was the most breathtakingly exciting tournament ever. Absolutely fantastic.

And well done, Scotland. The discipline in that last five minutes when the whole team must have been exhausted was incredible. Ritchie was an absolute hero tonight. If we had been a bit more disciplined individually throughout the whole tournament, it was our Grand Slam this year.

This is weird. Why so much excitement about winning a meaningless game?! ****ing rugby man.

More excitement in 80 minutes than I've had watching Hearts for last 3 years...

And you watch Hearts ?  Many games are meaningless but we watch them. Not sure I get your point .  It was refreshing to see our country play with such guts, skill and pride.  Something that’s always worth watching regardless if there is silverwear or not . I was proud tonight watching that . Something I’ve not been able to say for a long time re’ our football side

If we had a Gary Armstrong at Scrum Half with the players we have now.

Now that’s a thought 👍

Yeah that sending off was a classic case of what could of been

Retract everything I have said about Wayne Barnes in the past. Allowed a debatable try and then a penalty at the death. Akin to Willie Colum awarding a dubious offside goal against Celtic followed by a penalty in injury time.

We really should have won that tournament.

If you’d said beforehand we’d win at twickenham and Paris I’d have said it was ours. A chance missed...massively.
That’s a good Scotland team.
Made me proud tonight though. Great stuff🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Was a great match.   I thought we were going to get turned over by sheer power from the French and possible carelessness from Scotland.   But turned out patience, guts, leadership and teamwork got a great win in the end.

Brilliant try to win.    I was on the edge of my chair.   Wheels rolling around    Fantastic tournament from the Twickenham win to the Paris win.

🕺
