Wearing the mask in shops is a good idea but to eradicate the virus more we

really should be wearing visors what is everybody opinion on this

Got to draw the line somewhere. It’s like folk washing their groceries or wearing a mask in their own car.

I don't know, could be either. I obviously didn't put as much thought into it as you. 😄

Other than for medical reasons, you'd need to be a right inconsiderate arsewipe, not to wear a mask. It shouldn't have to be mandatory, just manners.

A lot of pawed groceries in the isles going on. Dithering, indecision could be lethal. Have a list, trolley it, pay and ***k off...

There are signs in supermarkets that say only grab things you intend to buy.  Obviously doesn't apply to ****wits.

Agree totally.

I gues what it will take is for these people to start losing out e.g. not gaining access to public transport, be denied entry to shops, etc.  At that point it might actually trigger these selfish ignorant halfwits to stay at home or wear a mask.

I must have been in a coma for all those weeks that experts here and elsewhere and in the WHO repeatedly informed us they were ineffective.

I think you've been in a coma for the last couple of months since we've been repeatedly informed that they are effective.

So you’re confirming the massive U turn that has taken place. No wonder I stopped listening to ‘experts’ a while ago.

Now I’m off to drink a mouthful of Domestos.

Not if you don’t go into shops or public transport which will be my strategy. I’ll just keep exercising outdoors.

It's almost as if this is a brand new virus and we're still learning more about it as we go along.

Only a fool would ignore the most recent advice to follow what was said months earlier when we had less of a clue what we were dealing with.

:spoton:  The lack of care is incredible. It's like folk don't mind if we get put back into a stricter lockdown. Full lockdown was horrible FFS.

Suffered a minor seizure while trying to read aloud that second sentence. Glad I had my teeth in. Going to try again now with my mask on.

Totally agree. I bought some early doors and haven’t been into the supermarket without one since March. Felt like an eejit at first but I’m doing all I can to keep myself and my folks safe.

Great - well said and good job!!

hopefully the small minority on here who mock the use of wearing masks or refuse to do so will see sense soon!

Full lockdown? Folk were out and about doing more exercise than they’d probably done in years. Tons of folk were at work, either from home or in a safe way on site. That wasn’t lockdown. That was a half-baked, panicked response by governments in London and Edinburgh who shortly thereafter realised they’d screwed everyone’s future by crashing the economy.

It was still horrible and I don't want to go back to it.

If you want to look at what would happen if we'd made an even more half-arsed attempt and abandoned lockdown even quicker, take a look at the USA.

I’ll jerk off when I want to, not when you tell me. Not into that sort of thing.

I agree, however, that having dictatorial control freak politicians telling us to wear uncomfortable, unsanitary masks with dubious benefits is something we ought not to laugh about.

For as long as the control freaks in charge can drag it out.

A lot of excitement on facebook for the pubs in england opening at 6am tomorrow. Many talking about "getting an early start". I fear this is not going to end well.

First you tell me to jerk off and now pipe down. You love your phrasal verb imperatives, so you do JiH.

My attitude isn’t there to help people, although if it does then great. If it doesn’t, you’ll be shielded from it behind your mask anyway.

I wonder if they could give us a rough time when this is going to take place, just so as I can make sure I have nothing else on.

Mods?

Is it allowed to consistently tell other posters to ‘jerk off’?
