In saying that if it's just a few days out that an improvement, every Injury seems to be 3 months. I don't think they have been used to the intensity training, double sessions are taking it out of them all alot walking about with niggles !! Wasn't really wondering about the causes of injuries. I am wondering if the effect of injuries has been given varying degrees of importance at different times of this season.
