newbie
How did Connor Washington play today? He's been out for a while so our knowledgeable support will no doubt afford him an appropriate degree of leeway, but I was hoping if we scored a barrowload, and five is a barrowload for us, he'd be on the scoresheet. Strikers and keepers thrive on confidence, so I'm hoping he got some positives today?

Seemed to pop up on the right quite a bit. I reckon with a 'box' type striker itll help him. Hes never going to get 20 goals a season but he should get a dozen or so plus a barrel load of assists in an attacking team.

Jamhammer
Most enjoyable afternoon. Great to watch a Hearts team going after the opposition again. Even at 4-0 had two on the half way line. Danke Herr Stendel

We played out from the back (occasionally a bit dodgy) inviting their players to press us which created bags of space. He ran into the channels as a result and was a very good attacking option. RustyRightPeg
Well that was fun wasn’t it? Missed this feeling. Wasnt perfect but we played some terrific stuff today. Set pieces, tremendous. Link up play from the front 5 was fantastic at points. Very pleasing to come through a potential banana skin tie.

Not exactly the most inspiring form to go into any match and we remain bottom of the league and 5 points adrift. Many thought we'd beat St Johnstone at home and Hamilton away. Look how that panned out. The Scottish Cup is an opportunity for smaller sides to test themselves against better opposition. Airdrie are only 2 points off top spot in their league and have a competent manager in Ian Murray. Not my problem if you don't like my prediction. Your prediction was shite, I was right to have a problem with it.
