Crombies in Broughton Street definitely do Toulouse sausages, and I would hazard a gues at Christie’s in Bruntsfield (opposite Montpeliers), or maybe Saundersons at Tollcross. It is not normally mouth burningly hotly spiced but it would not be Moroccan food if it was not spicy. And the ubiquitous spice markets and stalls in Morocco would not do much business.
