Captain Sausage
We won’t win anything with school boy errors that we’ve seen so far. This is game is Scotland to a tee. Lots of endeavour let down by ridiculous mistakes.
Ibrahim Tall
Back to being the Scotland of a few years ago, stupid errors and passes all over the pitch.
Captain Sausage
Physically impossible for the Ireland defensive line to make contact that far behind the gain line without them being offside. Comical.

I think Ireland put Hogg out of game with illegal 'tackle' but we might see at half time. Just showed it. Deliberate red card offence - Peter O'Mahony though didn't catch his shoulder so probably not the cause. Taffin
Playing well but our own worst enemy again. Lapses in concentration at key moments.

Captain Sausage
We need to be ahead come 60 mins. Our depth is nowhere near the quality of Ireland’s and so we need points on the board by then.
Steve_Jersey_HMFC
Shame we didn’t come away from all those phases without anything. Hopefully we’ve had our bad period out the way, look the better team but need to cut out the mistakes. Ireland haven’t played that well but have taken their chances

Captain Sausage
Scandalous. Absolutely embarassing defending. But seeing how the referee is calling anything remotely flat as forward then how the **** is that not a forward pass.

neilnunb
This half has been pathetic. Almost as if they used all their energy in the drive at the end of the first, which of course, they failed to score from. Same old story.

Captain Sausage
Six nations as good as done for us. We cant win away unless its in Rome and we have trips to Paris and Twickenham. I expect we will beat Wales (please, God) but two wins from a campaign is simply not good enough. Especially in a World Cup year.
Captain Sausage
That final call sums it up. How can it possible be a knock on? It has to be a penalty to Scotland. It’s in the ruck and handling error comes from an Ireland tackler not rolling away. It’s absolutely basic.
Maroon Sailor
Well stayed in to watch that - looked forward to it all week and end up feeling as flat as that performance. A bizarre display from the men in blue - back to the drawing board for yet another visit

Mikey1874
Ireland did just deserve to win that. Scotland's mistakes were part of that. TMO not seeing or not reporting Peter O'Mahony fouling Hogg leading to his injury could have been the key turning point. Clear foul play too. https://www.ultimaterugby.com/news/watch%3A-peter-o'mahony's-hit-that-ended-stuart-hogg's-game/613741 Edited February 9, 2019 by Mikey1874

We rarely score tries in the second half, think they said in 8 out of last 10 6N games we hadn’t, and the two were the Italy games. But in some of those 8 games such as the recent wins at home v England and Wales we still played well. Today was different though we were abysmal in the second half add that to our woeful away record I’m not confident of of a top 4 finish
