This is just a ridiculous gulf in the competition

Middlesbrough, Nottingham Forest,  Burnley and Aston Villa was a decent run to semis.

The Goalscoring Knee

Big shame for Clough. Always liked him as a player. Not fast around the pitch but could pick a pass. Hope they keep it under 10

Single figures lads.

92 teams entered this competition and Burton have finished joint 3rd. An utterly remarkable achievement.

Hospitality for the return leg ?

Would be fun if City could field their women's team in the second leg...

Burton might sneak a draw ??

These two games against City were always about the money and a bit of kudos. The achievement was getting there. Superbly run club who continue to punch above their weight despite relegation last season.

Shame a lot of fans missed a lot of the game due to the M6 being closed.

Reports that Salah has been downed by a sniper again.

Would there be a more wondrous sight than him meeting his old playfellow from Madrid in the Champions League :clyay:

A month ago i didnt fancy Dundee united for promotion, but with some good signings and results going well today they look in a strong position

Agree. Ayr have stumbled somewhat as well. Feel sorry for Robbo though. Would like to see ict up there for his sake.

Reports were a bit harsh. Was a penalty all day long. Correct decision.

Other camera angles showed a kick on the back of his leg and, more importantly, his shirt being pulled which is why he fell backwards.

Gross didn't complain (much).

MotD unanimous it was a correct decision.

Not like a spurs website to show the least convincing angle and ignore the angles which corroborate the correct decision.

This is also a dive

yep, just look at what happened a few weeks ago when kane was booked for diving. The pundits and media seemed to be on a campaign to absolve him of the dive which imo was a clear dive

edit it was v wolves

Салатные палочки

Good start to the Spurs v Man U game. Expecting it to slow down a bit soon but could be a cracker.

See you at FT when it's 0-0.

I have no like of Man Utd but this post makes me realise that I'd laugh my cock off if it came to Liverpool having to beat Man Utd to decide if they get the league and got turned over.

Come on ye Spurs !

Northern maggots .

Spurs winning more trophies today. Well done. Best team not to win a game, best ever second half performance without scoring a goal.

I wonder if their fans will all sign a petition like Liverpool fans after the Champions League Final.
