VAR is good in theory but it has GOT to be handled much, much faster and with much, much better communication from the Video refs and the Ref.

VAR used in the FA Cup.

Man Utd also got a penalty

That is mental and I can’t imagine the level of my seethe if that happened to us, regardless of whether the correct decision was reached or not.

In the meantime, who is this ‘Alexis’ playing for Man U?

Saw this , Blackpool have a superb history , crazy seeing how disconnected their fans are now from the owners.

Oysten's seem shady. I remember seeing an interview with Karl, 'we have no money' and there he was sitting in his director's suite with chandeliers and gold behind him. Game over I think, lucky lot Arsenal they are plodding along in this game lots of their players having average games.

I know a few of them. Pay no taxes , screw over staff and contractors close the company and start straight back up again and keep the directorships etc in fake names. Does make ya feel sorry for the Blackpool fans and as i said the clubs history.

That VAR thing is nuts.  Surely when the ref blows the whistle for the player to start his run up, that's the end of it, and they can't go back and change the decision to whatever VAR says?

It needs to be so much clearer.

Ref should have picked up the ball, not allowed that to happen.

Woking v Watford today. How much goals can we expect there for Watford?

In my opinion at least 7. The gulf is only getting bigger between Premier League and the lower leagues in my opinion. Now Premier League teams can play their £10-15 mill players who can't get a game as we saw with Llorente

I was at the Fulham game today. Unbelievable how laid back their fans were about the result.

they are more interested in league points

Tbf I'd rather stay up than get a round or two more in a cup there's no chance of winning.

Id be absolutely seething however if that was a cup exit at home to a side two divisions below

Pathetic how these diddy clubs treat the cup, it's a chance for them to do something a bit more than battle relegation all season.

I also went to the Fulham game and I doubt there was an actual Fulham fan sitting anywhere near me. Crowd seemed mostly made up of tourists. Made for a pretty poor atmosphere.

Fulham were rotten though, which probably didn't help.

Been to Craven Cottage quite a few times and the make up of the crowd is always strange. One game was during that 2010 UEFA Cup run so the atmosphere was class. Another other time I had some putney city boy in his chinos and gillet sitting next to me.
