If Ipswich have any business sense they’ll renegotiate the sell on fee. Why pay full price when they’ll probably accept less to get the money now.

Waghorn didn't suddenly become un-pish in one season.

 

This transfer tells me two things.

 

First, the English game, at least at that level, is not nearly as good as it's cracked up to be.

Second, the amount of cash slopping around the English game is obscene.
