Hendricks
Is that you, Mr Lawwell? Assume you mean you don't think thats the sort of figure they will get for those 2 players. I think you'll be very surprised given what English clubs are paying. Tierney is one of the best young Scottish players in the last couple of decades. AdilMan2016
Rosenborg were pretty terrible, Celtic probably deserved to go through.
waynefozzie
The only positive is that we'll likely get a laugh when the horrible scummy ******** get horsed silly off a big team in the group stages. Football's now like any other part of capitalism - it's pretty much inevitable that the rich will get richer at the expense of everyone else. Once upon a time, any team had a chance of developing a special group of players that could win them the league. Now, although Leicester showed us that crazy things can happen (and I hope that, despite things not working out with Cathro, we will continue to chase the magic formula) nobody will long-term break the established hierarchy without investment from oil oligarchs or similar (e.g. Chelsea and Man City in England, and maybe,on a European stage, soon PSG). Best thing could happen for Scottish football would be that Celtic joined the second tier of some new European super league, and Rangers ****** off to play league one football in England. #Ramblingdrunkpost
