France are singing French/English and Croatia are singing Italian/English, everyone else is English I think. Edit: Spain are doing Spanish/English as well. Norway were on the verge of being chucked out/quitting because they refused to make their act sing live. They've been aggressively campaigning over the last few years for a change in the rules to allow pre-recorded vocals. That'd just open the door to all kinds of auto tuning nonsense and ruin the competition. Strangely enough, back in 1999, Croatia were accused of using pre-recorded backing vocals and were threatened with having 1/3 of their points deducted.
