I added a new card 2 months ago and didn't remove the old card as for some reason it wouldn't let me, but that makes perfect sense mate. I know what to do now. It was because I still had my old card details registered with them and it was in position 1, and my new card details were in position 2, a silly fault on their system was what the guy said but easily rectified by removing card 1.
