I think he's taken to the role of likeable fodder for O'Sullivan well these past 2 days, he's really frozen at times. I like him abit more now

Ye. I think people like him are the sole reason people are switching off the snooker now and the prize money is alot less than it was in the 90's. Martin Gould is the same, not much personality and his snooker is hardly exciting

His wiki suggests he's had an eventful life. Not all very nice tbf.

The prize money for the tour is at its highest ever level, reaching ?10m for the first time this season.

I noticed he mentioned he was a scratch golfer.

Impressive if true considering the limited time he must have for it. His father was a golf pro.

He also said, using golf handicap as a guide, he was a 12 at playing the piano.

Liang looks a hell of a player now. Natural break builder.

He's a favourite of mine. Quite entertaining, can be a bit slapstick, and comes across as a decent bloke off the table.

Agreed.

Just stuck a bet on Bingham after Wilson blew a match ball. Bingham just sold the jerseys straight after.

Bingham has highest break of 130 but that should be beaten. Liang missed it just.

Watching Liang on and off the table at the Scottish Open was great. Real character, funny and seemed really nice.

Wilson is going to be my snooker version of Jason Day. I'm going to back him until he wins a proper major.

O'Sullivan in this frame of mind will take some beating. If any player can do it I suppose ding could.

He did a sensible interview with BBC Hazel Irvine and Stephen Hendry after match

Said he practised for 7 weeks to prepare for this having not done so in last year

That is onminous

I would fancy Selby to beat Ronnie if they meet. He can get into Ronnie's head especially when he carries on playing even when needing about 15 snookers :D

Did he not take a year out, come back for the world championship without practicing and win it?

The guy is unreal.

Fu 56-0 up in the 16th frame misses a red Robertson left over the pocket - nobody knows how he missed it !

Could be a sore one if Robertson takes this frame

This is some 24th frame

Both players have had opportunities to win it - Fu for the match, Robertson to tie it at 12-12

I thought it was highly entertaining, well, at the end :)  Fu at 20/1 starting to look good! :D

ANyway, SF lineup..... Fu (cause of money), Wilson (cause higgins is a cheat), Hawkins (cause He's better than Maguire) and O'Sullivan (just cause!)
