Marvin
When Hearts walk on to the pitch the sheer adulation from the Gorgie, The Wheatfield and The Main Stands, they will know. Or we could have Robbo, Rudi, Foster, Adam et al on the pitch before k.o. and the appreciation from the aforementioned stands will also be enough. There are hundreds of ways to show the new boys what it means to beat the Vermin that no team talk could match.
HMFC86
Eh no that's not what any of you said. There's been no misunderstanding. Not one person suggested beating anyone. All three merely said we don't lose. Very Hibernian. Funny everyone else knew exactly what was meant, bash on with the attempts at starting arguments though. Sten Guns
Funny everyone else knew exactly what was meant, bash on with the attempts at starting arguments though. Not trying to wind anyone up! If you meant to say something else fair enough. But it was worded the opposite of what you meant so can't blame me.
Juan Rom?n Riquelme
Sten is right. If you tell someone 'not to lose', 'you don't lose' etc you are immediately putting doubt in their mind. Telling them to go out and win is a much more positive message mentally and I'd imagine would stop people playing with as much fear if they had somebody like Gary Locke screaming about 'NO GETTING BEAT OAF THEM!!!' Diadora Van Basten
Play the game not the occasion. Hibs are a bunch of deluded muppets who will try to bring you down to their level. Keep calm beat them with the ball and watch them self destruct.
Ray Gin
Anything less than 100% commitment and effort is unacceptable in a derby. Errors we can forgive, lack of passion we cannot. Get right intae them.

highlandjambo3
'Routine'- like it. Without tempting fate, we've got third. If hadn't went on our dodgey run Aberdeen would be catchpole but think they may be out of our reach this season. Next season is another matter. The Scottish Cup is a huge opportunity and would be an unbelievable achievement for us outwith securing third on our first season back up. Add to that beating the scaffs on the way there, we've got the biggest game of the season on Sunday. THIS X
laggersmate
We are Heart of Midlothian. We do not lose to this mob. Defeat is not an option. Simply say- listen boys you've just joined one of the most famous clubs in the world. Play to your potential and at the end of the 90 mins you could become a hero, not so long ago a certain gentleman called mark de vries scored 4 goals on his Derby debut! Anything is possible boys. Hearts don't loose to hibs ! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
