I have loads more players that I have loved but these 3 players are my favourite players that I have seen all through my years of following hearts ! Kiwidoug
Willie Hamilton, John Cumming and Jim Cruikshank for me. In more recent times, Hartley, Gordon and Skacel stand out but I never saw them much in the flesh. Have to say though that Gordon was a major disappointment in the 4-0 Cup semi. Never did a thing all day.

jimmy the jambo
My three favourites I have seen playing are Robertson, Skacel & Cameron. Difficult to leave out Hartley but it's a toss of a coin between him and Cameron. My three picks also,Robbo,Cameron & Rudi, for what it's worth,Mickey is my all time favourite Hearts player & that says a lot. My dilemma would be dropping Takis Fyssas, can we not say what's the 4 best players you've seen playing for Hearts? Who would be the best midfielder in recent years,is it Cameron,Hartley,Fulton or Skacel?

Bowmans_Boot
Robertson, Skacel,Flogel. Flogel?? Really? Why? I accept he was technically gifted but (in my opinion) was vastly overrated and didnt actually achieve a lot.

Bert Le Clos
Flogel?? Really? Why? I accept he was technically gifted but (in my opinion) was vastly overrated and didnt actually achieve a lot. It's a favourite player thread. Not an opinion on the best three players. I loved Flogel too, he was very close to being in my three. Was Crabbe that good? I know him now but I didn't know how good he was when he was playing. Very IMO. I think if you asked Robbo he'd say the same. More than a few of his goals were down to Crabbe. I was gutted when he left for Utd.

Bob Gristle
Flogel?? Really? Why? I accept he was technically gifted but (in my opinion) was vastly overrated and didnt actually achieve a lot. This is a thread on your favourite ever players you have seen. That does not necessarily mean best players universally accepted. Tam's bird has clearly had a long standing love of Tam, if I'm guessing right. If it weren't my favourites and thinging of best performers/entertainers, I'd happily replace Gordon with PH or CC, a hard choice between them

Bowmans_Boot
It's a favourite player thread. Not an opinion on the best three players. I loved Flogel too, he was very close to being in my three. It is also a message board meant for debate. Hence I asked why Tams Bird had chosen him and gave the reasons why I thought it was a sh**e choice! I didn't know how good he was in his day, I know him and Robbo are still good mates, only seen them play in a legends match a few years ago, I'm too young to remember them in their prime.
