Shaggy2
Betcha anything it wasn't. The guy had short hair and a 'tache. I'm not 100% sure who it was but I am 100% it wasn't Big Braveheart! Oops a daisy, just watched it again and I was wrong. Savour it though cos I don't often get Hearts in the 80's wrong. It would defo be my specialist subject on Mastermind. Oh and just to be more controversial, i'm not entirely sure it was a penalty. It definitely was NOT a stonewaller and I'd have been unhappy if that had been given AGAINST Hearts. Billy52
On the subject of 1986...I've always been of the opinion that Hearts failure to secure the title, was Hearts fault and Hearts fault only. If Hearts had done the business at Dens Park, St Mirren could have played Paisley Panda in goals and been walloped 50-0, it would have mattered not a jot. Will you please stop trying to destroy the true and accurate conspiracy theory that we have held for all these years. Of course the blame lies with Celtic, St Mirren, Dundee and an honest ref since he is a Jambo. Get real man!
Jimmy McNulty
We didn't lose the league on the last day of the season. as previously stated, we lost it on the first game of the season, 1-1 with Celtic.
Miller Jambo 60
I feel the same mate. Hate them. Hope they go down next season. Also have no time for Dundee. Wanted them in the final instead of Gretna so that we could have battered them. *******s. . Snap Stairboy, will never forget that day in 86. The Championship was in our hands , but at the end of the day St Mirren lay down. Cheating muppets.
