Locky Posted September 29, 2013 Share Posted September 29, 2013 Less than 24 hours after beating league leaders PSV 2-1 to climb upto 4th place, AZ Alkmaar have parted company with Gertjan Verbeek citing 'lack of chemistry within team' for their reasons. Despite Verbeek being in charge for 3 years and guiding them to the cup last season, AZ board members stated that they no longer saw him co-operating with the players to take the club forward.
