Hi Yvonne,

 

I will do the same as before.

 

I will give the printers a shout tomorrow to see if all is ok with them and make sure there is nothing in the pipeline for them that might hold anything up.

 

I will send out payment details - probably tomorrow evening as it looks like we have peaked on interest for this run :).

 

I will have to put a deadline date for payment again same as before so people get their T Shirts in good time and aren't hanging about waiting for others.

 

The final order will go to the printers and hopefully shirts will be ready within a week or two after the deadline passes.

 

I will then package up the shirts and ship out.

 

will there be an option to collect, and not pay for postage?

Probably not - the last time I done this I spent weeks meeting people and between sitting in waiting for people or heading out to meet them then chatting about Hearts for 30 minutes at a time (which I didn't mind at all :) ) it impacted heavily into my family life.

 

I am lucky the wife is as cool about me doing this again but she understands how much Hearts mean to me and my family.

 

I still have a T Shirt and Poster which are paid for but the buyer still hasn't collected yet. The items are still yours if you see this message I have PMd you a few times but still not sure if you got them.

For anyone viewing the list on the forum here be reassured I have a more in depth spreadsheet that I made that is updated when payments are made which includes board members, shirt sizes and addresses so I can double check everything before shipping.
