Charlie-Brown Posted April 23, 2008 Share Posted April 23, 2008 He was injured earlier in the season SS but when he got fit again he was a regular pick for the U19's at right back with Johnny Brown moved over to left back - someone posted the other week he'd got injured again and was out for the season but he certainly played in all the youth team games he was fit & available for. Certainly Kelly looks a decent player with the ball at his feet and doesn't flap or pass as poorly as Neilson does - whether he can progress will depend how the coaches rate J.Thomson, S.Kelly, J.Brown and young Craig Thomson of the U17's for the right back position.
