In no particular order:

McCann

Giggs

Rudi

Robbo

Hartley

Cameron

Adam

Bergkamp

Colquhoun

Best (just love watching old footage of him despite his spell at Hibs)

Damn forgot Batistuta and Juanjo! I also quite liked watchimg Alfonso the Spanish striker as he was the first player I saw who wore white boots. Off topic but I wish football players would just go back to wearing black boots with the odd flair player wearing white boots.

Now that I've looked at the various lists I'm disappointed I did not have room for another three slots:

- Pablo Aimar (pure class he was)

- Scott Crabbe

- Alessandro Del Piero

I suppose I took Robbo, Levein & Mackay for granted & they were the best players but the OP didn't ask who was the best players the question was about favourite players and that's different - other players had different qualities and that's why I liked them.

Is he Pavels brother? ?

 bollocks! that was a mistype due to me not paying attention as opposed to ignorance.

Some one had mentioned Pablo Aimar and Id also thought of another South American- Enzo Fracescoli.

Francescoli?? Was he not the 6 million dollar guy or something they called him?

Played for Uruguay, the times I saw him i wasn't overly impressed.

Problem Officer?

In no particular order (I included Robbo even though he was a bit before my time, although he still played a big part in the 1997/98 season and that's probably the first season I can remember back to as a kid, and I definitely seen him play):-

Skacel

Hartley

Gordon

Fysass

Brellier

De Vries

McCann

Pressley (yes)

Aguiar

Robertson

Honorable mentions for Adam, Cameron, Jankauskas, and Bednar.

Zinedine Zidane disagrees. So much so he named his son after him! (Enzo Zidane)

Flogel

Niemi

Rudi

Gordon

Dunc Ferguson

Mladen Petric

Ian Black

Maxim Tsigalko (one of the few players who never wants to leave the crap teams that I overachieve with on CM01/02)

Ivan Klasnic

Rivaldo

Seems I have a soft spot for croatian strikers, so I offset this with Ian Black who hates them...but Klasnic has to be one of the most underrated strikers out there and Petric scored that late 3-2 winner v England and also pulled off an incredible last minute penalty save for Basel

UNGLAUBLICH!
