IronJambo
I've been looking for an alarm clock. pretty ugly things generally but i've finally found one that i like online but i can't find a UK supplier. i'm guessing not but can you put a UK plug on something thats wired for the US? if not is it safe to use a US - UK plug adaptor on a permanent basis? Deek
Just use your mobile phone like the rest of us. It will be cheaper.
Tazio
Never mind the plug, your main problem is that they use 110V and we use 230V. Your new alarm clock wouldn't like the voltage, unless it is dual voltage.

Peebo
I regularly use a US to UK converter to charge a camera I bought in the States. I bought it from somewhere here, but it was a right pain to find - and I have no recollection of where I got it from.

Have you asked them if they can supply a clock suitable for our electrical supply? The electrical goods stores that I went into in Florida said they could supply any of their wares to suit any countries electrical supply.
