I had a 5er free bet from Sky tonight.

Stuck it on Wellbeck to score first and Spurs to win 2-1 at 125/1.

Come on ye Spurs

Do not understand why Welbeck gets a start instead of Berbatov.Spurs have a shocking record at Old Trafford though so any sort of result will do them.

Oops.

Indeed I still don't like Neville though mate he brings nothing to the party for me so far but he might settle down.

It was like listening to Tony from Tile It All.FFS

Squad depths at Utd and City vastly superior to the rest. You look at their benches and most would walk into the Arsenal and Liverpool sides. Chelsea's midfield is pedestrian attacking wise and they look lacklustre in comparison and Spurs whilst undoubtably be capable of competing are well short of seriously challenging.

That Utd keeper is definitely suspect. I assume he is only temporary and they are in the market for a keeper?

Could be a good title race this year.

United and City looking good.

Chelsea will be looking strong if they add Mata & Modric as expected.

Liverpool looking sharp.

Should be an exciting season :)

Nasty kick by Defoe there, did something similar to Gordon and broke his arm a year or two ago didnt he?

He's a top class 'keeper, just needs time to settle in.

Yep.

Anyone who has watched La Liga will have seen what this guy is capable of.

Jeeso, you are right. ?18m. And he's "nervous". If I'd spent ?18m I wouldn't accept nervous!

Exactly, they'll just need to be patient with him.

I think it just goes to show that while there is a feckin massive gap in quality between Spurs and any SPL team there is just as massive a gap between the likes of Spurs and those right at the very top end of the EPL.

The league is going to be fought out between Manchester United and Manchester City this season I suspect, and having seen both I still think Manchester City are the team they are all going to have to beat this season
