Firstly none of our players would get anywhere near the Spurs team. However, at SPL level perhaps we should try to emulate the way they played through the middle of our defence, ie playing little one twos and first time lay offs to team mates who know where to be on the pitch. It would be at a slower more ponderous pace in our case but when the wide players are not firing like tonight then we have to mix it up more with at least one midfielder willing to move the ball sharply through the centre. Thanks Spurs for teaching us a lesson I hope we learn from it.
