I bought 3 in N3 on Saturday morning but had problems when paying for them online. The moneys been taken from my account though and the tickets are listed in my transaction history. Just want to make sure they've not been double booked so we're not disappointed come Thursday night! Anyone? It does appear to be the same seat that is popping up intermittently. Looking at it logically to me it would suggest there is possibly a problem somewhere in the background with the database software, if not it could be a busy seat (fortunately the Wheatfield Stand is very steep so those potentially falling out over it won't interrupt my view of the game). As soon as someone clicks the seat it's reserved for however many minutes. if they take too long buying it or weren't going to buy it then it gets released and then someone else clicks it and possbly waits for another seat to become available cos they're waiting for 2 and they get timed out then it gets released again and someone else clicks it.............. and so on until someone actually buys the feckin thing Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I got mine booked in Section E and the row it's in hasn't even been mentioned yet. Nah, I was bored out of my tits so I just thought I'd key the last post to pass time and wind people up. It was the very fact that it was the same feckin seat popping up that drew my attention to it. I don't need a seat but out of curiosity I clicked on the seat on three separate occasions. Although showing as available each time I clicked on it the on screen message said not available. I would then refresh the screen and it was still there, but clicking it brought up the same message. GlasgowJambo23 Posted August 12, 2011 Share Posted August 12, 2011 I'd like to think by saying there's no public sale tomorrow they mean they will count how many tickets are left from non-season ticket holders not buying their seats and then sell them on say Monday to those who attended the Paksi game. This is the TO though so who knows what they're up to. This should've been the case when they went on sale in the first place in my opinion. Unfortunately i'm not a season ticket holder this season however i've been to all the games this season so far, barring Paksi away, & i've also booked my ticket for all home games up to the St. Mirren game in January but still wasn't able to get a ticket for Spurs game Although having said that, it's been a big lesson learnt (as it should be for everyone who regularly goes to watch Hearts but missed out on the Spurs game) & i will definitely be returning to a season ticket holder as of next season! WHY NOT RETURN TO TICKET HOME AND TRY ANOTHER MATCH? some restrictions are obviously on, because I have a reasonable amount of loyalty points as well. The automated message from the ticket office is that season ticket holders had until 10am today to get their ticket, there would be no general sale. Strangely enough, the TO opened at 10! "Anyone being abusive to the staff in the office will be hauled out abd banned etc etc" I presume the staff have been gettin it in the neck all week!
