And anyone that's been to Tynecastle knows that you can only enter the main stand via the main stand turnstiles...

What a coincidence as I've never been in the west field stand either :D

Anyone who's been to Tynecastle before should know the names of the stands and that you can't gain access to the McLeod Street stand from any of the others.

Allow me to actually attempt to answer your question sensibly:

Why are you asking if the main stand's any good AFTER you've bought your season ticket there?

The ticket office said i couldnt take a look at the seating view today due to work taking place there today

so i took it on the say of the ticket office

That the seating view was good without any pilars in view

(this post will probably be wrong aswell )

6ft 3"

17 stone

And feel thick and stupid now

Mate, if you're 6"3 and 17st then you're anything but thick and stupid in my book!! Seriously, whatever it's like in that area of the ground, you'll be at a load of Hearts matches this season - some of which will heopfully be absolute belters no matter where you're sitting - and you'll be there with your laddie, which is something money just can't buy. Genuinely hope you both have a great time

I've sat in t2 for ten years now. It's the gorgie road end of the main stand an I think it a quality seat. I'm also on the front row so have extra legroom an a wall to sit my pie an bovril on so can't complain.
