Only a Game

Looks like east end park in the sun!

14,000 capacity. I'd imagine we'll take around 1000 or so, maybe a bit more. Cant see a problem getting tickets since the home team come from a fair bit away. There was only 1800 at the Tromso game.

FT 0-3. Hopefully that is a freak result that they dont come close to repeating.

We'll stuff them. I've never been surer of anything in my life.

It'll probably be 13-0 or something over the two legs. They might even go bust cos of it.

And I won't care.

I hate them to bits.

Exactly my thoughts. Very surprised by the result - but terrific result for us - especially those that are planning to travel.

Just had a look at their earlier results (5-0 aggregate win over Andorran minnows UE Santa Coloma) and noticed that their captain, L?szl? ?ger, was booked in the 2nd leg of round 1, and picked up his second booking tonight.

:pleasing:

Should mean a suspension in the Hungary leg for their defensive lynchpin.

:verysmug:

...mind you, we've just sold ours!

Don't seem to have the biggest fan base, but seem to enjoy some hungarian heavy metal biggrin.gif

Seen as they are the home of Hungary's only Nuclear Power Plant, they should be careful about banging on about Atomic strikes! They have the look, feel & size of the Hobo support so it will be a pleasure removing them from the Europa League.

Since Tromso were promoted to formidable opposition on here, I doubt we have a chance against their conquerors.

.

Cheers, used that link to see the highlights from last nights game.. Tromso could and probably should have taken the lead.. The Paksi goals came from long balls and some defending errors..

Also watched another link of Paksi v Ujdapest.. Paksi won 1-0 with a header from a corner..

Obviously you cant tell much from internet highlights but i am quite confident that we could go through against them..

Up and at them, with the usual methodology of Scottish teams. Just GO FOR IT.

How they won by that margin on an artificial pitch is beyond me.... but fitbae's a strange game. What you expected to happen......it doesn't!
