Daveandal
Well here goes 1. Celtic (Bigger and better squad than anyone else and as has been said.... will need the CL money) 2. Rangers (Closer to 3rd than 1st. No money despite the claims of bids for player and the fact they are making a fuss about resigning Whittaker is desperate) 3. Hearts (We never seem able to string 2 good seasons in a row and a run in Europe might effect us but I think the rest of the SPL is so poor we will claim 3rd) 4. Abderdeen (Have to improve and have made signings) 5. Motherwell (Have replaced Sutton and shouldn't be much weaker than last season) 6. Dundee Utd (Lost alot of good players and will suffer but like outselves as the rest of the SPL is poor they will scrape top 6) 7. Dunfermline (Back in the SPL and have made a few ok signing.... early momentum will see they finish best of the rest) 8. St Mirren (As good a season as they will ever have. IMO have made decent signings) 9. St Johnstone(Lost players and don't score goals but have a good manager and will be tight at the back.... will scrape enough to stay up) 10. ICT ( As has been said before "lightening doesn't strike twice" but will be good enought to stay up) 11. Kilmarnock (Could really struggle. Lots of new players but all from lower Engish clubs... Massive gamble on the manager as well) 12. Hibs (Squad looks very poor. No flair, no backbone, poor manager who wants out..... need a miracle) Al

JamboRossi79
This has been an interesting thread and as I am into stats and stuff here are my findings based on your predictions so far: So this is how it works, first column is average all of postings thus far, second is highest position predicted and third column is lowest position predicted e.g. Celtic has an average of 1.2, a highest position of 1st and lowest of 3rd So JKB predicts the following : 1st Celtic 1.2______1______3 2nd Rangers 2______1______3 3rd Hearts 2.825______ 1______4 4th Motherwell 4.975______ 3______10 5th Dundee Utd 5______ 4______9 6th Aberdeen 6.7______ 4______ 11 7th Inverness CT 8.25______ 5______ 12 8th Kilmarnock 8.825______ 4______ 12 9th Hibs 8.875______ 4______ 12 10th St Mirren 9.625______ 5______ 12 11th St Johnstone 9.7______ 4______ 12 12th Dunfermline 10.025______ 6______

WildIdle
1. Rangers 2. Celtic 3. Hearts 4. Motherwell 5. ICT 6. St Johnstone 7. St Mirren 8. Dundee Utd 9. Dunfermline 10. Aberdeen 11. Hibs 12. Killie Can't see there being any change at the top 3 unless we get hit by a fair whack of injuries. Dundee utd are losing too many players to be a threat, motherwell are looking ok, McCall seems to be doing a good job there. ICT similar with TB. Would love to see Aberdeen or the hobos to go do but i think Killie look poorer having lost a few of their main players.

Dunfermline ---- 12. Aberdeen I reckon the bottom 4 will be close again this year, with none of the sides improving. Lookin forward to the start of the season already. BigAlim
why are people flattering Aberdeen, with the loss of Maguire they are worse than last season. 1st- Celtic(by a mile) 2nd- Hearts(by a whisker) 3rd- Rangers(McCoist gone mid-season, McDowwell becomes caretaker) 4th- Motherwell(same as last season while everyone below is worse) 5th- Dundee United(lost some key players but also gained an unknown quantity in Willo Flood) 6th- Kilmarnock(because everyone else is REALLY shit) 7th- Dunfermline(the norm for newly promoted teams nowadays) 8th- Hibernian(a great season for them which will see O'Connor score 6 goals making him top scorer) 9th- St Mirren(decent standard signings for a bottom three team imo) 10th- Inverness(lack of players) 11th- Aberdeen(about 15 points off bottom) 12th- St Johnstone(Callum Davidson won't score goals)
