I've now read 4 online reports of yesterday's game and not one mentions that the second goal was a mile offside.

Why don't they report a major game ending mistake by the officials?

Was there not a number of offside decisions against Rangers in the second half that the linesman played on? Didnt the same linesman alert Brines that Eggert had pushed the rangers player. Both linesmen and referee working in perfrct harmony to what end? You could have written the script before the game.

Do any say the red card was a shite decision as well?

also think old man weir was lucky not to get booked for his tackle on temps.

It was worse than Eggy's.

It was worse than Eggy's.

The one he did get booked for was worse - on Rudi. Much more dangerous tackle with far more momentum than Eggert's.

However, that should have been a yellow/straight red - to add to another yellow for the deliberate professional foul on Templeton.

We knew what would happen. It was Brines.

That's the trouble. We hear it's Brines and we know there will be a plethora of awful decisions and we won't finish the game with 10 men. We say so on here. And lo and behold, it comes to pass!

It's not paranoia when you can accurately predict what will happen in advance!

Of course we knew what would happen.

But I just wish the press and tv in Scotland d would take an active role in trying to improve Scottish football.

Why could no one report :

Second goal offside

David weir lucky to not sent of twice

Laffarty diving

Eggert red card never, and not as bad as any of the weir tackles

If these type of incidents were reported every week, other teams may just have a chance of competing?

The press (written and tv) are the worst part of Scottish football.

Each week match of the day compares decisions and analyse them impartially. We cam but dream of similar in Scotland.

Thunderstruck

Tom English "Sports Feature Writer of the Year", said "Jonnson had a nightmarish day and was sent off on the hour mark for a lunge on Davis".

One can only surmise that Mr English was already being wheeled back to his nursing home when the incident happened.

The so called big 2 will always get the majority of decisions, especially at home. I also think if it was Lennon he would have had a right go about the offside to the press and made a meal of things as per. Jeffries is more dignified about things and accepts that we were well beaten and lets be fair we had a murder team out IMO, I didnt expect a result yesterday at Ibrox considering JJ's record there. Lets now put it behind us and look forward to pumping Lemmon and co......

thats the thing, if the Papers reported the facts with honesty no manager would need to rant about decisions.

p.s. JJ's record could read ANYONES record at Ibrox

reasonably accurate statement although most objective reporters would definately have added "harshly" before his second observation..............

English is a womans genitle, so that was never going to happen with regards to any hearts employee.................
