Gordon moved too early and as you say was then left flat footed as the ball swerved in the opposite direction. A great hit but definitely savable! Scotland were behind after 10 minutes when Kranjcar picked the ball up on the edge of the penalty and belted home a swerving shot which left Gordon utterly bewildered. No mention of a deflection... No mention of a deflection... It was like that shot that Tall scored with a toe basher which deflected and looped up over the goalie. Some on here thought that wasn't deflected either. The one last night was like a nick through to the wicketkeeper - deflected the ball! If it wasn't deflected I've never seen Gordon beaten so easily. I thought the ball went past the first couple of players then took a nick of the last player in front of Gordon. Was going at a good pace so it was just enough to beat Gordon. You rate Gordon better than Cudicini? Oh god! If Gordon was as good as we all think he is he would be at a better club than Sunderland! And you rate Lehmann higher than Gordon?
