So which ex-Hearts player who could do a job for us should we bring in next? It helps if they're still playing, better than what we've got and anywhere even close to our budget. Would love to see Gordon, Fuller or Pinilla back, but it won't happen. Is it too predictable to say Bednar? Victorian Posted February 4, 2011 Share Posted February 4, 2011 karipidis and aguiar would be fantastic to get back in. can't see it though. on the subject of re-signing players. we have quite a history of it and the vast majority have been successful, debunking the age old theory of 'never being as good the second time'. bannon. robertson. mcpherson. colquhoun. mrowiec. skacel. every one has been as good the second time around. neil mccann - not so much. edit - there's stewart as well. his second spell was better than his first season before he became a ***** for a year.
