Who IS TO BLAME ? COACHING OR PLAYERS

Since frail took over "full" control in Jan what has changed?

 

A slight up turn of results due to defensive stability but not much more. Still a very poor quality of football, still strange substitutions, still no passion from players and no anger from anybody when giving post match interviews.

 

The whole coaching staff need changing right down to youth level. Why are a club with an apparent large first team squad so poor at reserve level? surely players like pospisil,concalves,the liths etc were/are good enough at this level.

 

Or is there a core of players at the club that because of bad attitudes and inflated wage cant be arsed with training or reserve games which undermines all the coaching that goes on.

 

Probably coaching and players to blame and Vlad

 

My worry is that a quality manager wont be able to sort out this mess with the likes of Audrey on the books. We need to let this season go now, let most of the players go now, give the youth a chance and hope with a new manager brings a whole new coaching staff from grass roots up.
