Hartley can't be far off if not top; Pressley did take penalties for a while - scored something like 12 in a row; Scakel may even get himself in there, for half a season's work. NB Robbo is no 2 because the goals scored in Division 1 don't count! Goals per game Rudi and Andrius 1 and 2 in Premier League and Later. However post WWII Rudi just scrapes into 10th place.
