Quite agree with Roy Hodgson that taking the game to the opposition doesn't really suit USA and that's probably what they'll be expected to do. But the lining has been sensational: unprecedented at a major tournament for so many calls to be spot on. Spain shocked. France shocked. Germany shocked.
